Sydney-based BioScout raised A$6.75 million ($4.8 million) co-led by Demea Sustainable Investment and Astanor, with GrainInnovate, GrainCorp Ventures, Hort Innovation Venture Fund, Artesian and Division Q participating. Its devices capture airborne particles on adhesive tape and use AI microscope imaging to identify over 40 airborne threats before symptoms appear.

Funds will expand into Europe and grow the sensor fleet from 250 to 1,000 units by 2029.
