Frequently asked questions
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours on business days, usually the same day if you write before 15:00 Berlin time. Urgent matters, an active raise, an investor DD request, a term sheet on the clock, jump the queue if you flag them in the subject line.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any material commercial or technical detail is shared. We use a mutual, 2-year NDA by default and can counter-sign yours if the terms are reasonable. There is no charge for reviewing and signing.
Do you work with pre-seed founders?
Selectively. Pre-seed is best served by short, sharp packages, pitch teardown, investor target list, IP first-filing review, rather than a full retainer. If the science is real and the team is committed, we will tell you what to do next, even if that means waiting six months before a deeper engagement.
