San Francisco-based Leaf Agriculture has closed a $13 million Series B round co-led by Leaps by Bayer to expand its agricultural data infrastructure and data-management tools.
Founded in 2021, Leaf says its platform processes data covering roughly 20% of global crop acres each year, providing standardised access to farm-machine, imagery, and field data for agribusinesses building software on top.
The round will support continued growth of the infrastructure layer that downstream agtech, input, and finance companies use to integrate disparate on-farm data sources without building bespoke pipelines.
