• Deal Flow Scout — Professional Unicorn Hunter. Sources and qualifies deep-tech founders across Europe.
• AI Dompteur — Master of the Bot Fleet. Owns the LLM tooling powering due diligence and IP analysis.
• Master of Disaster — Chief Chaos Coordinator. Operations, scheduling and the calm in every storm.
• Chief Bit Manipulator — Full-Stack Sorcerer. Ships the platform that runs the firm.
• Chief of Other Stuff — Swiss Army Knife Role. Anything that doesn’t fit a job description.

How we work

Async-first communication, weekly demo days, written decision logs, no standing meetings before 11 am. Equity participation for full-time roles. Annual offsite in a different European city.
