AI Dompteur — Master of the Bot Fleet
Remote AI engineering role at AixPoint. You will own the LLM tooling that powers our research, deal-flow analysis, IP intelligence and content pipelines — running orchestrations of 1,000+ agent calls per day across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and self-hosted models.
What you’ll do
- Design and maintain multi-agent pipelines for patent search, technical due diligence, competitive landscape mapping and founder profiling.
- Build evaluation harnesses (golden sets, regression tests, automated graders) so prompt and model changes ship safely.
- Optimise cost and latency: caching, model routing, structured outputs, batching.
- Partner with the analyst team to convert recurring manual workflows into reliable agent flows.
What you bring
- Hands-on production experience with at least two major LLM providers and one orchestration framework.
- Strong Python or TypeScript and a clear opinion on when to use a vector store, when to use a graph and when to just use SQL.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, function calling and structured output schemas.
- Bonus: published research, open-source contributions or prior AgTech / patent-tech work.
