Master of Disaster — Chief Chaos Coordinator
Remote operations role keeping a fast-moving deep-tech advisory running smoothly across time zones. You are the calm in every storm: calendar tetris across four continents, vendor wrangling, event logistics, conference travel, contracts triage and the occasional 11pm crisis.
What you’ll own
- Calendar and travel for the founder and senior advisors across Aachen, Berlin, Zürich, London, and conference circuits.
- End-to-end event logistics for AixPoint speaking engagements (Agritechnica, EuroTier, World Agri-Tech, custom client events).
- Vendor management: legal, accounting, design, translation, IT.
- Internal operating cadence: weekly standups, quarterly OKRs, document hygiene, async-first communication norms.
What you bring
- 5+ years as EA, COO-of-one, programme manager or chief of staff in a high-velocity environment.
- Native-level English and either German, French or Dutch.
- Comfort with Notion, Google Workspace, Linear and a willingness to learn the AI tooling we use.
- A bias for written, decision-grade communication.
