What this role looks like in practice
- Three to four parallel mini-projects at any time, each lasting one to four weeks.
- Direct working relationship with the founder and the Master of Disaster.
- Regular variety: one week you’re proofing an investor memo, the next you’re negotiating with a conference venue in Hannover.
- Permission to say “this is a process problem” and fix it.
What you bring
- 3+ years in a high-variance role: agency, scale-up ops, EA-plus, founders’ office.
- Extreme adaptability and a documentation reflex.
- Native-level English and a working second European language.
- The kind of person who reads the whole brief before asking the first question.
